Stayed here about a year ago. Great concierge staff who helped me prior, during, and post my visit. They were caring and were extremely helpful with city info and reservations for our Christmas Eve Dinner. They were always able to get us the reservations we needed especially for those hard to get into places. Rooms are great, very clean, and modern. The decor inside the hotel is modern but yet warm (not a 'cold modern'). Many people confuse modern decor with a 'cold decor.' Location was the main reason I had chosen this hotel. Located right w/in a plaza..You have access to a bunch of bars and tapas, restaurants right next to you. Mornings we ate at La Suiza for breakfast. A few blocks away you have PUERTA DEL SOL & PLAZA MAYOR (these places are the center of town) Great interior and exterior architecture - great for pictures! Rooftop lounge is also great for a panaramic pic or just sipping on a drink.

It’s located right accoss Santa Ana square. 5 minute walking from SOL.

I spent New Year's Eve 2006 here with my fiance and her family–we rang in the New Year at the rooftop bar. This hotel was amazing.

I made reservations when this was the Hard Rock Hotel but it was in the process of being changed to Hotel Reina Victoria when we actually got there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay at the Reina Victoria. The location in the Plaza Santa Ana was wonderful.

The last night we were there George Clooney was hanging out at the Midnight Rose restaurant (they say the owner is Rande Gerber, husband of Cindy Crawford). A nice little ending to our stay!
